Spring Done Sprung!

Spring is here... almost. To celebrate I helped some friends at Portland's "Dude Ranch" throw up a small mini ramp in their backyard. The day turned from ramp building Saturday to full-on weekend skateboard BBQ in a short time. It doesn't take long for the word of a new ramp to spread, or for the sound of trucks on coping to lure in more of the skateboarding kind.
While it was a small ramp by most standards, getting it done was a true sign that spring is in the air. It's a place to go on the days when skateparks will be crowded, or you just want that fun small session with friends. And it's the perfect BBQ spot.
