A few photos from the Enjoy the Trick Flatland Jam in Portland (put on by Joe Loumena and the crew) that went down earlier today... I'm horrible with the names, but Joe Loumena is the third shot down.…
I was digging through some photos today for a specific shot John Parker wanted for an autograph card for a special event he's doing with Mat Hoffman and some others at the Target House at St. Jude's in Memphis.
I was actually looking for a different photo of John doing a "Nothing" (no-hander, no-footer) I came across this photo from a Dew Tour stop in 2008. Wow. The photo I was looking for was similar, but I actually think this one might be… Continue

Throughout X Games 3D The Movie Danny Way uses the word "Passion" in regards to the drive of action sports athletes. It's true, there is a passion that exists in all of us involved. A lot of passion.
I went into the film with high expectations for the 3D... action sports in 3D could be amazing, and this film has some truly awesome shots. From that perspective it was pretty cool, but 90 minutes of it gave more than a few people I talked to a headache. But it is truly… Continue

A few months ago Nike 6.0 released "Writing on the Wall" a full-length BMX film released in sections to various BMX sites across the internet for free. A well done film for free is nothing to scoff at, but when it's got some of the best riding of the year in it there is popcorn to be made.
Dennis Enarson's part (along with Garrett Reynold's part from the same video) are no doubt going to be nominated for Video Part of the Year at this… Continue

With all these big skate contests going down lately — Maloof Money Cup, X Games, Dew Tour, etc. — you may have been wondering, "Where the heck is Shaun White?"
He's not injured or off living off 2008's glory. He's been held up at a "secret" Red Bull funded halfpipe in the hills of Silverton, CO. A reported $500,000 project (with funds also kicked in from Oakley), the pipe is accessible only by Helicopter or Snowmobile.
