In 2000 ASA Entertainment created the ASA High School Tour (Tour), a traveling action sports exhibition that visits cities across the United States supporting the Campaign for Tobacco-Free Kids. It was an exciting way to raise awareness among young adults about the harmful effects of using tobacco. In years past, the Tour has been supported by corporations such as: California Milk Advisory Board (got milk?) and the country’s leading console gaming producer, Microsoft’s Xbox 360. This spring the ASA High School Tour, in partnership with the Campaign for Tobacco-Free Kids and the U.S. Marine Corps, brings the world’s best action sports athletes to high schools across the country to show kids that it’s cool to be tobacco-free.
The ASA High School Tour features the world’s top professional skateboarders, BMX riders and inline skaters performing stunts on a state-of-the-art half-pipe in front of an audience of young adults. The athletes also speak to teens about the importance of refraining from tobacco use in order to maintain a healthy lifestyle. With its positive message and genuine concern for the health of America’s youth, the ASA High School Tour has become one of the top action sports exhibitions.
The Tour attracts some of the most talented action sports athletes in the world, including X Games and Action Sports World Tour champions, as well as talented newcomers. This year’s roster includes the always-energetic BMX rider, Koji Kraft (Addison, Illinois); inline specialist, Marc Englehart (Lansdale, Pennsylvania); and three-time X Games gold medalist Trevor Meyer (Little Rock, Arkansas), among others.
Since the Tour’s inception eleven years ago, the Campaign for Tobacco-Free Kids messaging has reached over one million students. This year it will visit 100 schools in 20 cities, staying in each city for 5 days, visiting one school each day.

Actually, this entire week has been an adventure around parts of the Los Angeles area, that I wasn't very familiar with before. The scenery has been pretty good all week. Our setup location was on the backside of the campus, another level blacktop area, right beh… Continue
